When we create custom packaging, we are able to customise the size, quantity, material, design and logo. To do this, a custom mould is created that can also be reused for any of your future orders. Made from high-quality 300gsm paperboard, 100% Food Grade Recycled Paper.

Step 1 - Design
We will begin the journey by working with you on your packaging design goals, whether you have a specific design in mind, or you need guidance from one of our expert graphic designers, we will all work together to bring your Custom Box dreams to life!
Step 2 - Design Approved
Now that your design has been approved, we will arrange for our designers to start preparing the file for manufacturing. Communication with our trusted manufacturers will now commence.
Step 3 - Manufacturing
In this step, your order begins manufacturing. Previously raw materials were ordered, and custom moulds were manufactured to match your design. Now begins the transformation process of turning raw materials such as virgin paper, into packaging.
Step 4 - Manufacturing Complete
Your products are now being packed into cardboard boxes which are labelled with a stock-keeping unit (SKU) and UPC barcode. This allows your packaging to be carefully tracked as it moves through the production process.
Step 5 - Preparing for Dispatch
It's now time for our warehouse team to quality check your products to ensure they have been made according to the approved design, once approved, your items will be prepared for dispatch.
Shipping and Returns

Return Policies
We accept returns within7 daysof delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return or refund, please email us at contact@trendyarabia.storewith your order number and reason for return.
